3 Things to Learn to Overcome your Problem

outWala ang success sa ating comfort zone, kaya pag-kinausap mo ang succesful na tao, they talk with firm convictions and wala kang maririnig na kahit anong negative na words sa mga sinsabi nila, because they are optimistic and they always talk about success and improvements sa sarili nila.

They consider themselves a learner, nag-uupgrade sila once a year and halos lahat ng succcesful na tao na nakilala ko, they attended seminars worth P80,000 to P100,000 to learn and master their craft.

Most of them attended the seminars and they are still broke they take the risk and learn sa sa mga training and seminars, “it’s all worth it” sabi nga nila, hangganga ngayon dala dala pa rin nila yung natutunan nilas sa seminar na naattendan nila.

Personally ang pinaka mahal na seminar na nattendan ko is worht P5,000 and lahat ng natutunan ko sa seminar na yun is dala dala ko parin hanggang ngayon.

1. Listen

Most of us don’t want to listen, we have ego’s na mas alam natin ang bagay-bagay kesa sa mga taong kausap natin.

we should learn to listen more and talk less, kasi knowledge comes to people who talk less but listen’s more, most of us panic once na nawalan tayo ng pera Nagpapanic tayo pag malapit ng due ng credit card, pambayad sa bahay etc… instead of finding a solution we tend to get stock to our problems, we become problem oriented instead of solution oriented

Think first! if you panic you will make the wrong decisions, if you are calm you think well and find step by step solutions in your situation.

understand2. Understand

Katulad ka ng sinabi ko Think firts para maintindihan mo yung situation mo, if yo think first instead of reacting sa situation, makaisip ka ng maayos ng plano para masolutionan ang problema mo

Example: nakafocus ka sa goal mo, your goal is to have additional income, if you focus more on your credit problems hindi mo masosolusyonan yun, given na yun! kahit ulit-ulitin mopa di parin enough ang income mo para masolutionana ang problema mo, what you need is additinal income, dun ka mag focus!

Focus on the things you can control instead of focusing on things na wala kang control

act3. Act

There are 3 things that stopping to take actions and solve our problems

a. Fear

marami tayong fear, fear of failure, fear of mistake, fear of poverty, fear of losing money, fear of taking risk, dimo ba napapansin na ilang taon kana nabuhuhay sa mundo, yung fear mo yesterday or a year ago is the same fear you are experiencing now!

Di naman nawawala ang fear, fear is everywhere, para ma conquer mo ang fear mo you have to overcome it, you have to face it and act upon it in spite of Fear , Sabi nga ng Kings Guard in Ancient Greece ” All men have fears but the brave put down their fear and move forward; sometimes to death but always victory”

Overcome your fear, trust yourself but most of all trust God and mababago ang takbo ng buhay mo!

b. Doubts

Ang dami nating doubt kaya di rin tayo makapag act for solution, kasi we don’t believe in ourselves, we hope na may milagrong mangyayari na makaksolve sa peroblema natin.

Our doubts is bigger than us kaya we cannot act properly to look for answers or solutions, lagi nating iniisip na “baka diko kaya yan”, “sila nga di nila kinaya ako pa”, we dont’ even try, we don’t’ even push ourselves hard enough para mag succeed sa buhay.

Ang dami nating doubts sarili kaya walang nangyayari we are all talented people! it’s just that we don’t believe in ourselves enough para magawa yun.

Yan ang 3 bagay na pumipigil sa atin to succeed, all you have to do First is listen to your problem, understand your problem, find a solution make plans para magaw yun, then act once the plan is ready or sometimes just act and learn from your journey.

1.       Desire – tingin ng iba sa desire is a bad thing but desire is what your really want inside yun yung lagi mong iniisip, yung yung gusto

3.       Determination – most people just give up or don’t try something new, because of people around them are pulling them down, they believe sa mga negative thoughts ng tao sa paligid nila, they pulling you down because they are afraid that you can do it. If you are determine to achieve success, just do it don’t listen to negative people but listen to people who will help you to find solutions to your problems

4.       Disciplined – discipline is habit whatever you do right now and if you think it will get you where you want to be then keep on
doing it, discipline also means you know your priority, kung alam mo yung priority mo you know kung ano yung importanteng bagay na
dapat mong gawin to achieve your goals.

Flyering in my estimation 85% of flyers will not be read  sa mga taong binigyan mo ,kaya makikita mo siya after mo ibigay sa basurahan or tinatapon lang kung saan-saan

Tapos pupunta ka sa overpass, underpass, maglalagay sa bahay bahay, sa mga kotse or ang pinaka unethical sa business mag didikit nalang basta basta sa bus ng sticker.

Makikipag usap sa mall kung kanikanino to offer the business, this a common thing sa mga networkers ,Para daw masanay sa rejection this is totally ,a stupid way to promote your business, why would you talk to a stranger that is not interested in your business

First of all it’s a waste of time, energy and effort

Tagging on facebook –  ito pa, yung i-tatag mo kung sino sino sa fb ng  opportunity, with ads na exaggerated or inexplain na lahat ng Orientation ng comapny and di naman binasa ng Warm market mo or ng ti-nag mo sa FB, kasi di niya maintindihan ng mga FB friends mo ang mga sinasabi mo, tuloy inan-tag yung promotions mo or worst binlock ka sa fb

Katulad ng recent blog ko, Networkers forgot the word marketing in network marketing, if you have a business may target market ka, kasi sila yung magiging interesado sa business mo at sila yung siguradong sasali , know your target market.

Ang top sales agent ng kotse at insurance kala moba marami silang clients, ang mga clients nila ay mga previous clients din nila (in short suki na nila), or mga anak na ng mga client nila previosuly, kasi they like the service of the sales agent they are professional.

Promote you business at the right market, tandaan mo dimo mabebentahan ang tao na ang hinahanap ay sapatos, pero ang inoofer mo ay sabon, sa Network Marketing  Hindi mo ma mapipilt sa opportunity mo ang taong hindi open minded dahil, di pa siya ready sa ganitong klase ng opportunity, gusto niya tumanda sa trabaho niya.

reality on proffeLike my example in promotions yung nadidikit kung saan saan ng sticker that is unethical and wala kang respeto sa negosyo ng iba, diba ayaw  mo ng nasusulutan ng prospect , badtrip yun diba , kung di mo irerespeto ang negosyo ng iba, hindi ka magsusuceed sa MLM business mo kasi masaydo kang magiging greedy, gusto mo makuha yung pera ng prospect mo hindi para matulungan sila.

Once na napanasin ng Prospect mo ang Body language mo or the way you talk o yung way mo makipag chat sa propspect.

mafifeel agad nila kung pera lang ba ang habol mo sa kanila o gusto mo talaga silang tulungan, alam ng prospect mo ang pakay mo sa pera nila!

Kaya succesful ang mga businssman at Top earners dahil proffessional sila and they know what they do, they give their best  and naging expert sila as networkers

Ang Professional Doctor sila na ang linalapitan ng patient kasi tiwala sa galing nila
Ang Professional Lawyer sa kanila lumalapit ang  cliente para humingi ng tulong kasi alam nila ang ginagawa nila
Ang Professional na Artista maraming Project kasi subok na
Ang Professional Athlete pinagaagawan ng ibang team kasi  may skills siya na wala ang iba
Ang Professional Netwokers Kusa ng linalapitan ng prospect kasi alam na capable siya makatulong

So be proffesional kahit wala kappang income or downlines, kasi once na nakita ng propect mo na your proffesional for sure sila na ang lalapit sayo, di nila mapapansain na baguhan ka palang  sa industry na ito.

bakit, pag may prospect ka wala ka pang kita nun diba, pag may napresentan ka, wala ka paring kita nun, pero pag inoffer mo yung opportunity mo and  naging interested ang prospect mo to do the business, nabigay ng P2,500 , may exchange of values, then that is selling

This is my last tip and this is basic in this business, always follow-up your prospect, ang prospect before they take action, they think first kung tama ba ang descision nila. it is also our Job to educate them para ma enlighten sila sa business, para marealize nila yung significance ng business mo with their problems.

Remeber this is not a get rich quick scheme, we have to work on it para ma achive natin ang success, the difference nito sa mga trabaho natin you work hard but same results here we work hard we got the result that we deserve.

to be the best you have to read books, listen to tapes or watch videos na makaktulong sa business mo and attend seminars namakaktulong sayo attend seminars twice a year, yun yung magigin value na mabibigay sa maggiging downlines mo.
